MEDAN + ORANGUTAN JUNGLE TREK + TUBING at Bahorok River (Bukit Lawang)

 

2 Nights Bukit Lawang

DAY 01 - MEDAN Downtown or Kuala Namu Airport to BUKIT LAWANG 

 

ITINERARY :

 

Either pick up from Medan Airport (Kuala Namu International Airport) or your hotel in Medan then drive straight away to Bahorok - Bukit Lawang which approximately takes around 4 hours drive to reach Bukit Lawang. Passing through small towns with rubber, oil palm and cacao plantations. After 4 hours drive, arrive at Bahorok - Bukit Lawang and check in ECOLODGE Cottage (Hotel) Bukit Lawang to stay overnight.

 

DAY 02 - ORANG UTAN JUNGLE WALK

ITINERARY :

After breakfast, easy jungle walk to see Orang Utan in the jungle which probably takes around 3hours walk. Proceed walking down to Bahorok river and continue the trip by tubing with your tubing driver heading back to your hotel which roughly takes 30 minutes in the water. Later on you will be able to do things on your own interests, such as swimming at Bahorok river or taking an easy lovely walk to the village nearby.

 

DAY 03 - MEDAN Downtown or Kuala Namu Airport to BUKIT LAWANG 

 

ITINERARY:

 

                   Either heading back to Medan downtown or Kuala Namu International Medan Airport which roughly takes around 4 hours drive.
